  Our waitress and her trainer were really nice. The food was good but as it was prepared with care it took a little extra time. The resturant and staff were very accommodating to my 2 preschool aged boys even taking time to interact with them with true hospitality.

  Large portions, and good comfort and breakfast food. Used to come here all the time when I was little and still like to come here even on my own when I have the time. Replaced the interesting old-timey news counters though with regular ones. Not as good as it used to be, but still good. Regular syrup is somewhat tasteless though.

  Their biscuits and gravy is super spicy, service wasn't very friendly, and it took an excessively long time (close to an hour for three items).
